These technical mono-element by immersion translators to longitudinal waves, adapted to the acoustic impedance of the water by a front face of a thickness equal to / 4. They allow the transmission of ultrasound in partially or totally submerged parts.

Benefits:

  • The impedance matching by quarter wave plate improves power transmission.
  • 303 stainless steel housing resistant to corrosion, with chromed brass connectors.
  • HF shielding improves the signal / noise ratio.

  • Focusing on customer demand concentrates the sound beam to increase the small defects detection sensitivity.
