Industries & Applications

Schmidt Hammers (Sclerometers) are used to determine the surface hardness of concrete and are one of the most widely used instruments in non-destructive testing (NDT) for assessing the compressive strength of concrete. This method is the fastest and most cost-effective for evaluating concrete quality and strength. Available in analog or digital versions, the digital model includes an electronic transducer that converts rebound values into measurements displayed on the digital screen. It also offers statistical data and PC transfer capabilities.
