It's often difficult to get access to power on site. With our AC battery packs, you don't have to worry about this, and you can easily carry out your magnetic particle inspections with your electromagnets, which are usually connected to the mains.

Introducing

AC battery packs come in a sturdy IP 54 metal case containing a battery and a converter. They make most 220V or 42V electromagnets self-sufficient by supplying them with 50 Hz alternating current, with no loss of power. The more compact 42V version also eliminates the need for a transformer. Autonomy depends on the electrical characteristics of the gripper used and the frequency of magnetization by the operator, but is given for two and a half hours of normal use (50% duty cycle) with the MTCN models on which the packs are tested and with which the specifications are guaranteed. Voltage remains stable until the battery is discharged, to maintain a constant tangential magnetic field strength. A red LED and audible signal indicate a low charge level. Two different models are available: a fabric bag with shoulder strap and a sturdy plastic case with handle, both in 220V and 42V versions.
