Stainless steel test block equivalent to the PSM-5 panel and compliant with Pratt & Whitney specification TAM 146040. Allows overall performance control of an in-service penetrant inspection system according to aerospace standards.

COMPLIANCE & APPROVALS

The HOFFMAN test block includes a serial number and is delivered with a certificate of compliance to TAM 146040 and a calibration certificate (defect sizing and surface roughness Ra/Rz). A label indicating the diameter of each star is affixed to the transparent storage box. On request, SOFRANEL also provides a reference photo produced according to the customer's specific system and products (contact us).
