VEO 3

The VEO3 is a multi-element ultrasound unit featuring the latest technology, including Tfm live. With its touch screen, it is user-friendly and easy to operate. Multi-group, it offers a wide range of control combinations, for example: sector scans on one or more probes, tofd and multi-elements, tofd and Tfm, Tfm and multi-elements, Tfm with several reconstruction modes... Scalable, you can switch from 16:64 to 32:64 or 16:128 to 32:128 without returning to the factory, and add options such as live Tfm, PA curve surface correction, full FMC recording...

  INSPECT WITH CONFIDENCE Although TFM is now a ubiquitous inspection method, correct configuration and selection of the most appropriate TFM propagation mode for the application remains a real challenge. Comparing modes is frustrating and time-consuming. The VEO3, which can simultaneously display a PA view and several live TFM scans, makes it easier than ever to identify and size faults with a high POD and increased technician confidence. VEO3's advanced technology also enables TOFD scanning to be added to PA and TFM scans. Inspect with confidence when using three complementary inspection techniques simultaneously!   FOCUS WHERE IT COUNTS The VEO3 has all the flexibility needed to help you solve challenging applications. Its unique architecture can generate up to six live TFM scans, produced from multiple FMC sources on different probes. This allows users to concentrate where it matters most, solving the most difficult inspections.   NO ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED VEO3's multi-technique functionality, combining multi-element and TFM, enables users to benefit from the extra resolution and sizing performance of TFM, while carrying out inspections according to an already approved multi-element procedure. Or go through a new approval process.   SINGLE SCAN OF THICKER PARTS The VEO3 can generate TFM images of up to 500K pixels with a maximum resolution of 100 pixels per mm, without limiting the number of pixels per axis. By using a TCG on the TFM image, the operator is able to inspect thicker parts with superior flexibility, while remaining ASME-compliant. And all in a single scan.
