Description
These are single-element transducers used in direct contact or immersion technique, designed to generate frequencies starting from 20 MHz and beyond. These transducers are available in fused silica delay line technology.
Benefits:
- Wide bandwidth and high damping ensure excellent resolution.
- Short wavelengths for improved defect detection.
- Focusing on very small beam diameters.
- Frequency range from 20-150 MHz (contact us for higher frequencies).
Benefits:
- High resolution for detecting defects such as micro-cracks or micro-porosities.
- C-scan imaging of surface-breaking cracks or irregularities.
- Thickness measurement of parts from 0.025 mm (steel equivalent).
- Inspection of technical ceramics and other materials. Material analysis.
- Acoustic microscopy.
High-frequency contact transducers
- Integrated fused silica delay line for evaluating defect severity, material analysis, or thickness measurements using the direct contact inspection method.
- Three different delay line types available to optimize signal echoes.
- Standard transducers come with radial output via Microdot connector.
