Leak Detection (Fluorescent Tracer)

Quickly detect leaks in any system containing hydraulic oils, petroleum solvents, diesel, aqueous systems, etc.

The fluorescent tracer is added to the circuit to be tested at a low percentage, then homogenized.

The system is then inspected using a specific high-intensity UV light.

Leaks are easily detectable by the intense white-yellow fluorescence of the dye, which is easily distinguishable from the normal blue fluorescence emitted by oils.

This practical, versatile, and safe technique allows you to detect any type of leak under all conditions.

• FLUXO FT 931: Fluorescent tracer for hydraulic leak detection. Typical dilution: 0.1%. Available in 50 mL – 100 mL – 250 mL – 500 mL – 1 L – 5 L – 200 L.

• FLUXO FT 959: Fluorescent tracer for aqueous system leak detection. Typical dilution: 0.02 to 0.05%. Available in 1 L and 1 kg containers.”
