Standard probe SFP 2001 / SFP 2002: 90° conical diamond tip, 10µm radius to ISO standard SFP(2001), 5µm radius to DIN standard (SFP 2002)
Transverse chisel probe SFP 2003: For measurements on sharpened blades with the probe aligned with the crosshead axis. 90° diamond chisel tip, 10µm radius.
Parallel chisel probe SFP 2004 For measurements on sharpened blades with the probe perpendicular to the traverse axis. 90° diamond chisel tip, 10µm radius.
SFR 2005 / SFP 2006 small probe: For measurements on tubes (minimum internal diameter 5mm). 90° conical diamond tip, 10µm radius (SFP 2005), 5µm radius (SFP 2006).
