VEO+ electronics are powered by a new architecture offering superior data throughput and unrivalled computing capacity, to deliver fast, accurate results under the most demanding conditions. It enables inspectors to easily create large, high-resolution scans and record highly accurate data with exceptional measurement precision.
This performance comes from an impressive 32-channel multi-element beamformer, which delivers an exceptional signal-to-noise ratio, enhanced signal processing and Sonatest's legendary ActiveEdge® transmitter. Thanks to its 64-bit Linux® operating system and fast 128GB SSD hard disk, there's no limit to file sizes. Data compression is yet another feature enabling huge amounts of information to be recorded at more manageable file sizes.

VEO+'s integrated modeling tools support multiple probes and scans, enabling inspection plans to be set up quickly and efficiently. Choose from a range of weld geometries and visualize the probe(s) on the part, representing reality with high fidelity. Then increase the sound path, to display multiple jumps, to assess and ensure adequate coverage as envisaged in the scan plan.
The modeling tools integrated into VEO+ are valuable assets for the inspection report, to communicate more complete and clearer inspection results, as well as valuable information to increase users' level of expertise. For educational purposes, this feature is also very useful for training centers.
Remote control
Using UTLink software, and a simple network connection, you can operate and control the VEO + remotely. As the VEO + now offers WiFi as well as a fast Ethernet port, the possibilities are virtually limitless. Now you can get real-time advice from an expert located anywhere in the world.

Advanced analysis software
UT Studio software, supplied as standard with the Veo+, is used to prepare inspection set-ups, analyze data and edit accurate reports. Data files from the Veo+ are easily transferred to a computer via a network or USB stick. Then, thanks to the intuitive, right-click, drag-and-drop interface, you can create new views, change or customize color palettes, add or modify gates and measurement parameters, generate reports, and much more.
